The issue has been resolved.
Over the weekend, we observed a degradation in alert performance. With the fix now applied, any missed alerts are expected to be delivered now, and new alerts will be triggered without latency.
Alerting has returned to normal, and there is no ongoing delay. All alerts should now fire as expected.
